I’m so excited to finally be able to share with everyone the project I’ve been working on over the past 2 months with Revolve Clothing and LNA.
A printed and pleated skirt… so not me. A printed and pleated skirt with a leather moto jacket, YES.
We’re off, it’s finally deep into the hot dry summer in LA.
Three things happening here: The most perfect dropped hem dress, a combination of a classic cropped jacket with the evolution of the “baseball bomber phenomenon”, and last but not least bohemian fringe clutch action.
These photos relate to my entire Saturday last weekend in New York. They are simply New York moments, in different lighting, in different parts of the city, running across different streets and in front of different beautiful brownstone homes.
I had some incredible luck in NYC this past weekend, when a parade stopping traffic allowed me to get into the middle of the streets. I feel like this never happens!
I decided to go back to my roots with these new Manolo Blahnik pumps. My very first pair of designer shoes were a pair of Manolo Blahnik, bubble gum pink, strappy sandal pumps.
It may seem that my love affaire for clothing and shoes is a very deep intimate thing, and the most important part of my life. Yes and no, I do have a deep love for my clothing, but there are more important things in my life other than clothing. Something that makes me truly happy is escaping to the beach in Malibu; it makes me realize how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful city.
Dreary skies in LA won’t hold me back from wearing a bright floral button-down. When the sun disappears and rain falls in LA everyone cries, literally we sob. We slip into a massive depression, starting to re-evaluate our lives and existence in this city.
I finally had a little taste of summer weather this past weekend when LA had a little heat wave passing through. Then of course, typical LA, with her wishy-washy weather fell below 60 per usual.
