Part two to these film shots by William, here wearing a Balenciaga top and metallic Vetements boots from this season. I knew I wanted this top when I saw it come down the runway (On Vogue.com of course, I haven’t been lucky enough to be invited to a show IRL yet, not sure I’ll ever be on that list!). Personally, I love how hard the feeling of this floral print comes across. Its not light and girly or feminine, its more harsh with the neon colors and again, the heavy duty stretch silk. Almost feels like spandex. There’s zippers all over this piece to help get it on property since its so form fitting.
Again, I want to reiterate that I’ll be wearing this top over and over and over again. So many bloggers I feel get things gifted or whatever they do, I can’t speak for everyone… but they wear things once and then you never see it again. In my life I only wear things I love (normally) which means I’m going to want to grab it and wear it over and over again. I don’t even feel comfortable in something until I understand the piece of clothing fully after wearing it a ton. Then I really get comfortable and start to wear the piece in a way that really makes sense. Its like driving a new car. You don’t feel comfortable in the car until you understand how it works. Then driving feels more comfortable! Same with a new piece of clothing. You need to wear it a ton to understand how it wears and what goes well with the piece of clothing.
This is my second pair of Vetements lighter boots. My other pair is the lower heel height. I’ve found this higher heel height to be easier to wear and look better with clothing. BOTH STYLES ARE SUPER COMFORTABLE!
