I finally got a chance to go through some of the photos from my trip to San Francisco this past weekend. It’s hard to believe, but even though I’ve lived in LA for 7 years now, I still never had the chance to travel to San Fran until now. My boyfriend and I packed up our car, and took a road trip from LA to Northern California for a mini vacation. Halfway though our trip we couldn’t help but stop at this beautiful lake, which we later found out, was Castaic Lake. Getting to stop at beautiful places like Castaic Lake is a big perk of road tripping versus flying.
Now onto the more important details of my post, or should I say the point of this post, my outfit! I can’t help but focus in on the new life long part of my closet, my Celine bag. I’ve been lusting a Celine bag for quite some time now. I went back and fourth between styles, colors and sizes. Black and white just seems to be the perfect fit for me. Instead of buying a purely white bag, I feel that the black will balance the wear of the bag. Basically, it won’t get as dirty as an all over white bag. The size is one of the many details I love about this bag. When debating between sizes I always go big, and never regret it. When you’re already spending a pretty penny on a big purchase like this the extra $$$ doesn’t make that much of a difference. The trapeze bag is like a transformer. The wings on the sides can also be snapped in for a more structured look. The bag also has a zip compartment in the back for quick and easy access. If you are thinking about purchasing a Celine bag I highly recommend doing so, and going with the larger size. She’s beautiful, and an investment piece that you will have for the rest of your life (if you take care of her).
Lastly, I want to point out the sweatshirt I’m wearing is by the line, Alexx Jae & Milk. I’m newly obsessed with this line and every single piece in the collection! I’ll be getting into more details about the designers, and the line in next weeks post. The line is carried at Milk Boutique and Switch Boutique, just to name a few.
I’ll be updated my blog with San Francisco travel photos all week! Hope you’re having a beautiful week, it’s almost Friday, yay!
