This is the last of my San Francisco photos that I took during my trip this past month. I spent part of the day in the back allies of SF’s China Town. Every store I went into had different treasures and knick-knacks. The streets were lined with bright colors and Chinese lanterns, which made for beautiful backgrounds in my photos.

Happy Saturday everyone!
There was absolutely no way around wearing a huge pea coat in San Francisco. By the second day I learned to cope with this and embrace the weather at all costs.
I found myself lost in one of the many, magical streets of San Francisco. The thing that was most delightful about San Francisco, was this street, and the ice cream I devoured around the corner. This little back street with cobblestone and vintage cars took me to a place that I had never been to before.
Leather cap, comfy silk harem pants, long pea coat, black pumps, DONE. Seriously, one of the easiest looks to possibly throw together, but at the same time it comes across with such a bold, fashion forward statement.
Finally the fashion gods have spoken to me. Acne denim for petit, nugget size girls like myself! As someone that is only 5”2 alterations are something I deal with on a day to day basis. The process goes: buy, get altered, and wear later. With a process like this, I’m positive I truly love something if I’m going through all this trouble just to buy a new pair of pants, dress, jeans, blazer, you get the point!
I have been longing for a pair of Acne Denim for years now. I always try them on hoping they will have magically shrunk down a little in length, but it never seems to work out for me. This is just one of those fits that is too big even for my master tailor. I was thrilled when I learned I would finally be a member of the Acne Jean club. Absolutely loving these new cropped fit Acne jeans in both colors, black and bright blue.
Day 1 in San Fran:
I don’t know what exactly I pictured San Francisco to be like in my head, but it was the exact opposite. I had no idea SF was such a swanky city with so much character and taste. I felt as if I was in NYC most of the time. I’m going to jump right into my trip, starting with the hotel. I chose to stay in Union Square since it was a central location to all the places I wanted to see. The hotel Nikko is this hip Japanese hotel in the middle of it all.
I finally got a chance to go through some of the photos from my trip to San Francisco this past weekend. It’s hard to believe, but even though I’ve lived in LA for 7 years now, I still never had the chance to travel to San Fran until now.
Apologies for my absence, as I have been traveling over the past week from Vegas to San Francisco. Here is a look that I took last week before I left for my travels.
Leather overalls. I’m into it. I’ve learned in fashion it’s cool to be the first person to do something, but it doesn’t always happen that way.
Acne, you continue to kill me with unreal pieces. I don’t think I’ve ever hated anything designed by Acne, which seems to be a problem for me.
