Cut it out” Not literally, because I’m going full force with the missing shoulders or shoulder slits, if you will. Over the past few years I feel like designers are getting more creative with updating classic pieces and accentuating other parts of the body that can be just as sexy as a deep V or … Continued

I feel like I’ve joined a boxy, over sized, blazer cult and it’s hard for me to veer from wearing a MASSIVE blazer lately. A houndstooth blazer has been on my wardrobe list for quite some time now.
I’m just as shocked as you about this over the top feminine situation happening on my body. Layers of flouncy florals, that I actually feel semi comfortable wearing. One of my goals for this year, being 30 and all, is to dress a little more adult sometimes, not all the time, but I’m going to … Continued
Mixed metals for the body? SURE. I never really think too deeply inside the do’s and don’ts of mixing metals when I’m layering on jewels, I guess it seems to be the same for clothing. Technically, I’m wearing metallics, but calling them metals for the bod, sounds more fun. Also, wearing metallics in the form of light weight spring clothing seems like something I’m interesting in, very deeply right now. As I near 30, (I know I’m exhausting the phrase lately, but it’s happening I can’t ignore it), I’m trying to balance my punk/grunge style out with some more classic, lady like looks. My attempt here to create something a little more adult and timeless. Flip flopping different styles into my outfit repertoire is fun sometimes. … Continued
Or, when in Park City, Utah for Sundance.. Wear Canada Goose.. Same thing! A few weeks ago I traveled to Park City for the Sundance Film festival with one of its official sponsors for the past 30 years+, Canada Goose. Experiencing the film festival with a brand like Canada Goose, where the jackets really exceed … Continued
A week ago I packed a bag with my warmest getups and headed to Salt Lake City, Utah for a little ski trip. Since I live in LA my winter wardrobe is pretty nonexistent aside from a few furs, thankfully I had Amazon to help me stay warm. Dressing for winter weather alone is a … Continued
Every season I talk about those pieces you want to invest your money in, and re-wear them over and over again until you don’t want to look at them every again.. Actually the goal is to not get sick of them, ever. These Marant pants were such a strong staple this past fall, in my … Continued
